4. Data Sharing & AI Processing

To provide our analysis, Verdict may process submitted content using large language model providers and other infrastructure vendors. This may include sending candidate submissions, evaluation criteria, prompts, workspace context, and related metadata to providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, or similar service providers.

These providers process data on our behalf to help deliver the Service, including extraction, scoring, summarization, comparison, ranking, debugging, safety checks, and quality improvement. We do not sell your personal information or submitted content to third parties.

We may analyze submitted content internally to improve Verdict, including our prompts, evaluation rubrics, product workflows, quality controls, and ranking methods. Where practical, we use aggregation, minimization, or de-identification for improvement work.

5. Analytics, Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to provide authentication, security, account access, workspace functionality, and user preferences.

We may also use analytics and product improvement tools, including services such as PostHog, Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar providers. These tools may help us understand traffic, page usage, product flows, feature adoption, errors, performance, and session behavior. Depending on your location and our configuration, we may ask for consent before using non-essential analytics cookies or tracking technologies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we provide a cookie or privacy preference tool, you can use it to update your choices.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your data is stored using Convex's secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted data at rest and in transit.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data, workspace data, submitted content, usage data, and generated outputs for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and improve Verdict. You may request deletion of your account or workspace data by contacting us.
